Provides the knowledge and skills to safely prepare and administer intravenous solutions. Emphasizes management of clients receiving complex therapies such as blood and blood products, parenteral nutrition, and pain management. Prerequisites: NUR186, or NCE214OP, or Integrated Competency Assessment Network (ICAN) placement.
