Continuation of the practical nurse role development with focus on personal and professional development, health care trends and issues, credentialing and accreditation, and safe practice. Strategies to seek employment as a practical nurse included. Complements and builds on HCC208 Health Care Leadership with an emphasis on the nursing role and application. Prerequisites: NUR160, NUR162, NUR164, NUR168, and HCR240AA. Corequisites: HCC208.
