Lyric Writing

Lyric writing and its relationship to song structure and rhythm. Emphasis on basic poetic forms, meter, rhyme schemes, analysis of song lyrics for content and clarity, and use of lyric writing tools.

Prerequisites: MTC110 or permission of Instructor.
