Kinetic Meditation
Focuses on posture, body movement, and energy centered meditations. In depth discussion of Chinese Chi Kung exercises and Chi Meditation. Reviews influence of Taoist and Buddhist philosophies on Chi Kung practice and stress management. Explores Kinetic Meditations, and scientific research into health benefits of Chi Kung practice. Prerequisites: (PED101VR and PED101VR) or (PED101YJ and WED151) and WED162 or department approval.
