HVA105LL   19996-20016 Electricity for Air Conditioning Lab (HVAC&R)
1. Draw a diagram and safely assemble a series circuit using a switch andmore than two light fixtures with bulbs, demonstrating the use of Ohm's Law and the power law to calculate . (I)
2. Draw a diagram and safely assemble parallel circuits using switches and light fixtures with bulbs, demonstrating the use of Ohom's Law and the power law to calculate results.(II)
3. Select appropriate meters to determine specific circuit assembly results and to determine coil and contact positions, demonstrating appropriate safety procedures. (I, II, III)
4. Select components to simulate loads, draw a diagram, write a sequence of operations, wire and perform meter tests on specific circuits, demonstrating appropriate safety procedures. (IV)
5. Given hermetic compressors, select the proper meter and determine the motor terminals and condition of the windings, demonstrating appropriate safety procedures. (V)
6. Select two 120-24 VAC transformers and phase them to produce a higher VA rating. (VI)
