Introduction to concepts and skills required of health care leaders. Discussion of leadership styles and conflict management. Prerequisites: HCC100AA, HCC100AB, HCC100AC, HCC100AD, HCC100AE, HCC100AF, HCC100AG, HCC150, and HCC152.
