Serology/Blood Typing
Basic application of specific antigen-antibody procedures related to immunological diseases. Principles of standard blood types, Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), monospot testing, and Urinary Gonadotrophin (UCG). Use of pipettes and dilution factors.

6. State the basic principle of the ABO procedure. (V)
7. Perform the ABO grouping using forward, reverse, tube, and slide tests and interpret its results. (V)
