1. Apply proper techniques of safe patient-care practices to all performed procedures. (I)
2. Perform glucose point-of-care testing using semi-automated equipment. (II)
3. Apply correct sterile technique when performing dressing changes. (III)
4. Perform catheterization using proper technique on male and female patients. (IV)
5. Perform routine dipstick urinalysis using standardized materials. (V)
6. Apply and remove the pulse oximeter according to manufacturer's direction. (VI)
7. Maintain ostomy appliances using appropriate techniques (VII)
8. Perform phlebotomy procedures using proper techniques. (VIII)
9. Perform standard electrocardiograms (EKGs) and prepare data for review by the medical practitioner. (IX)
