An international trip featuring guided tours of casinos, racetracks entertainment complexes and hospitality facilities. Focuses on facility design and layout, meetings with industry executives, study of management operations and analysis of marketing strategies. Examines consumer behavior and guest relations. Includes lectures, discussion, and supervised group tours. Prerequisites: Permission of division/department. Must meet age requirements.
