Guided field trip featuring tours of casinos, racetracks, entertainment complexes and hospitality facilities within the United States. Focuses on facility design and layout, meetings with industry executives, study of management operations and analysis of marketing strategies. Examines consumer behavior and guest relations. Includes lectures, discussion, and supervised group tours. Prerequisites: Permission of division/department. Must meet age requirements.
