Survey of Hospitality Organizations
Studies local casino operations, racetracks, entertainment complexes and a variety of hospitality facilities. Includes tours of local facilities, meetings with industry executives, study of management operations, and analysis of marketing strategies for various types of organizations in the hospitality industry. Provides an overview of casino games and reviews betting strategies and house advantage for casino games. Prerequisites: Permission of Department/Division. Must meet age requirements.
