Fundamentals of laboratory testing at the patient bedside. Includes procedures for urinalysis dipstick tests, whole blood chemistry testing, and coagulation testing. Specimen collection and handling. Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and The Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Regulations. Prerequisites: None.
