Lead-In Construction
Use of lead in modern construction, health effects and federal regulations. Sampling methods, hazardous communication requirements and workers rights under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). Includes training in the use of personal protective equipment and safe work methods involving lead. Prerequisites: (Indentured status with the Arizona Field Ironworkers) , IRW101 and IRW102, or permission of the apprenticeship coordinator.
