Introduction to basic slots management focusing on departmental responsibilities and operating procedures. Emphasis on supervising slot shift managers, mechanics, floor persons, change persons, booth cashiers, carousel attendants, and coin room managers. Deals with slot drop, count room, jackpot fills, and credits. Prerequisites: None.
