Assist in the integration and application of storytelling to the learning environment in the classroom. Brief review of the cultural context of storytelling and the delivery techniques and styles of storytelling. Prerequisites: EDU292AA and EDU292AB

2. Identify three delivery techniques to add color and interest to telling a story. (II)

4. Define four ways that stories can be used to impart a lesson, a value, and/or knowledge. (IV)
5. Define lesson objectives for your teaching unit and identify two stories to meet those objectives. (IV)
6. Create a classroom lesson or activity and show where story can be told. (IV)

      II. Delivery Techniques To Add Color and Interest To Telling a Story (2)

            1. Different voices for different characters in the story
