4. Design a program, for a specific goup, including purpose, format, objectives and an evaluation. (II)
5. Prepare a budget for a given meeting, including record keeping methods, cost control, and strategies for presentation to management. (III)
6. Demonstrate skills used in successful negotiations and identify typical items open to negotiation. (IV)
7. Identify steps needed to select and inspect an appropriate site, based on the needs of the group and cost considerations. (V)
8. Identify basic audiovisual equipment and how it can best be utilized to meet needs of presentors. (VI)
9. List steps for successful meeting set-ups from pre-conference to post-conference. (VII)
10. Identify food and beverage needs and calculate costs. (VIII)
11. Determine transportation needs of participants. (IX)
12. Select appropriate outside activities and special events. (X)
