Identify and use Italian proverbs and songs. (II)

Use the four tenses of the subjunctive. (I, II, III, IV)

Use regular and irregular comparisons of equality and inequality in Italian. (I, II, IV)

8.

Use Italian grammar and vocabulary to express personal ideas and opinions. (I, II, III, IV)

9.

Read and explain selected cultural narratives, journalistic readings, and literary works. (II)

10.

Identify and describe various aspects of Italian culture and values. (I, II, III, IV)

11.

Identify and describe geographical regions, cities, and rivers of Italy. (I, II, III, IV)

12.

Write a 150-200 word composition in Italian. (III)

13.

Listen, interpret, and give oral responses in Italian to selected presentations. (IV)
