International transportation and distribution options in export and import operations, including air freight, shipping, freight forwarders, and distributors in competitive markets. Emphasis on selection, management and evalution of overseas distributors and agents. Prerequisites: None.

5. Differentiate the responsibilities between the exporter and the distributor or agent. (II)
