1. Read and analyze selections from French literary works related to a designated cultural theme. (I, II)
2. Analyze selected readings from French literary works, using standard French pronunciation, grammar, structure, vocabulary, and intonation. (III)
3. Listen, interpret, and give oral responses in French to selected presentations. (IV)
4. Use French vocabulary, grammar, verb tenses, spelling, and puncuation to produce written analysis of literary selections. (V)
5. Describe French culture through written and oral discourse on issues related to the designated cultural theme. (I, III, V)
