Introduction to recording and interpreting medicodental history. Recognition of signs and symptoms of medical emergencies. Procedures for preventing emergencies. Treatments for aiding patient in emergency situations. Prerequisites: Admission to Dental Assisting or the Dental Hygiene Program or permission of the instructor.
