Characteristics and functional operation of computer systems input-output devices including loading and unloading devices, bulk storage devices, and display peripherals; computer interfacing and digital communications; special systems including distributed systems, time-shared systems, and electronic mail systems; design considerations for computer-based systems.
Prerequisites: ELT241 or permission of Department or Division.
