Solid-State Devices and Circuits
Presents a comprehensive treatment of major solid state devices excluding bipolar transistors. Description and analysis of devices as circuit elements and their practical application. Graphical and mathematical methods of circuit analysis. Includes varactors, field effect transistors, unijunction transistors, LEDs, liquid crystals displays, and operational amplifiers. Prerequisites: ELT115 and ELT123.
