Selected aspects of the service industry, focusing on the philosophy of servicing, customer relations, financial arrangements, and technical components. Service organization structures, management, financial considerations, documentation, design, equipment selection, and service procedures. Laboratory experiences servicing appropriate equipment. Prerequisites: ELT113 or departmental approval.
