1. Recite English words using consonant sounds, including stops, fricatives, affricates, nasals, liquid sounds, and glides. (I)
2. Identify correct sounds and words from minimal pairs of consonants and consonant clusters. (II)
3. Recite grammatical endings, including "s" and "ed". (III)
4. Speak or read aloud phrases and sentences using standard English intonation (stress) patterns. (IV)
