Overview of federal statutes and national codes used to establish safety, health, and environmental standards for chemical utilization. Highlights Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency, Uniform Building Code, Uniform Fire Code and National Fire Protection Association regu-lations. Includes the application of laws, regulations, and rules by the various agencies having authority to enforce legal mandates in thearena of chemical compliance. Prerequisites: None. | |||
