Procedural aspects of discovery, trial preparation and post-trial work. Emphasis on practical concerns, such as interviewing of witnesses, preparation of interrogatories and exhibits, organization of files and preparation of trial notebooks. Prerequisites: LAS109, or permission of department chairperson, or program director/coordinator.
