Introductory Mineralogy I Lecture
Introduces students to the basic principles of mineralogy. Topics include crystallography, physical testing, chemical testing, crystal growth, gemstones, and mineral deposits. Special emphasis on recognition of Arizona minerals. Prerequisites: None.
