Microwave Application and Measurement
Microwave application and measurements including wave theory, terminology, usage and measurement techniques. Use and application of the Smith Chart. General understanding of passive and active microwave devices. Electronic applications of microwaves including radar, antennas, communications and use of coaxial and waveguide transmission systems. Prerequisites: ELT276 or ELT277 or permission of instructor.
