Community Dentistry
A survey of methods used to determine the dental health status of the community and of preventative measures used to improve the dental health of the population. Topics include the delivery of dental care, epidemiological indices and studies, bio-statistics, community resources and fluoridation. The role of the dental hygienist in the various aspects of public health. Prerequisites: Admission to Dental Hygiene Program.
