of legal issues and regulations in an online K-12 classroom. Intellectual
property, privacy, Internet security, and educational institution policies
covered. Includes the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and
Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA). Prerequisites: Must hold a Career and
Technical Education (CTE), provisional or standard elementary, secondary or
special education teaching certificate, or permission of Department or
Division. |
