Fundamentals of Nuclear Medicine Lab

Terminology, procedures, positioning pertinent to nuclear medicine. Use, safety and maintenance of nuclear medicine equipment. Camera parameters and quality control in a nuclear medicine department.

Prerequisites: Admission to Nuclear Medicine Technologist program or permission of Nuclear Medicine Technology program director. Corequisites: DMI251.

Demonstrate the correct room and equipment set-up for a nuclear medicine lab. (I)
