designed for individuals requiring a quick cognitive and new skills review
prior to skill testing in one and two rescuer Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
(CPR) and obstructed airway procedures on the adult, infant, and pediatric
victim for renewal of a Healthcare Provider CPR card. Prerequisites: Valid Healthcare Provider
CPR card at time of course. |

cardiopulmonary resuscitation issued since the last update of standards. (I) |

Perform one- and two-rescuer adult CPR. (II) |

Perform one- and two-rescuer infant and child CPR. (II) |
4.

Manage conscious and unconscious adult airway obstruction.

Manage conscious and unconscious infant and child airway

6.

Deliver effective oxygenation and ventilation using a bag
mask technique. (III) |
7.

Secure an airway in an unconscious patient with
alternative airway devices. (III) |

Perform automatic, external defibrillation as part of the
resuscitation of the adult in cardiac arrest. (IV) |

Successfully complete AHA Healthcare Provider basic life
