International Classification of Diseases (ICD) diagnostic
code assignment. Use of appropriate guidelines and federal, state, and local
compliance standards for diagnoses. Identification of health provider
documentation that supports code assignment. Prerequisites: [HCC145 and (BIO160 or
BIO201)], or permission of Program Director. |
