Community Assistance Program
Scope and purpose of the community assistance program. Responsibilities, fire department culture, and diversity issues in dealing with the media, infection control, customer service, communications, and report writing. Provides the framework for successful integration into fire department and public safety organizations.
Prerequisites: Permission of Instructor.
