Overview and practical application of English teaching
methodology and curriculum development for secondary teachers. Teaching
strategies and learning styles covered. Curriculum design, lesson objectives,
time management skills, teaching resources and student assessment also
included. State Board of Education Professional Teaching Standards
emphasized. Approved school-based practicum required. Prerequisites: Baccalaureate Degree and
formal admission to a state approved post-baccalaureate teacher preparation
