Current Perspectives in Education
Focus on the importance of state standards and their relationship to teaching and learning. Instructional design tools for standard based activities and their application in the classroom emphasized. Includes instructional design, resource management, assessment rubrics and digital portfolios. Educational program policies and procedures also covered. Prerequisites: Formal admission to a state approved undergraduate teacher preparation program.
 
Course Note:May be repeated for a total of four (4) credit hours.
