Rationale for and current educational and legal issues in ESL(English as a Second Language) and bilingual education. Comparison and evaluation of various types of bilingual education programs. Includes 10 hours field experience. Prerequisites: None.
 
Course Note:Requires ten (10) hours of field experience in an elementary or secondary classroom environment.
