Investigation into the concepts, laws, issues, and procedures that relate to the formal and informal assessment of students with disabilities. Includes field-based experience in assessing students with mild/moderate mental retardation, learning disabilities, or emotional disabilities in the classroom both individually and as a member of an assessment team.
