Testing, inspection, maintenance and record keeping for fire alarm devices and systems. Fundamentals of fire sprinkler system testing, inspection and maintenance. Fundamentals of fire damper and combination fire/smoke damper inspection and maintenance. Security system testing and maintenance. Maintenance of paging systems, information networks and telephone systems. Prerequisites: FAC/HVA210 or permission of department. Corequisites: FAC240 or permission of department.
