Designed to assist individuals with a chronic illness or condition to
regain a sense of control and purpose in their lives. Focuses on overcoming
fears and self-limiting attitudes and behaviors, identifying personal
strengths and assets, developing goals, and connecting with campus and
community resources for support and life enrichment.
