Principle Center Leadership
Development of interpersonal, managerial and organization levels of leadership in organizations. Concepts of pathfinding and modeling as it applies to organizations. Five elements of win-win agreement. Independent leadership roles.
Prerequisites: None.
Course Note: Under the terms and conditions specified in the licensing agreement with the Franklin Covey Company and the the Maricopa Community College District, only those persons licensed are qualified to teach Covey prefix courses. These facilitators must be identified within the terms of the licensing agreement.
