Criminal Jurisdiction on Federal Land and Indian Reservations
Jurisdiction of local and state law enforcement authorities over crimes committed on federal military reservations, National Parks, National Forests, Indian Reservations, federal buildings, and other federal enclaves. Deals with the administration of justice on Indian Reservations, including the courts and police; jurisdictional problems and the various criminal justice agencies of the tribes, state and federal government.
