Identify roles and responsibilities of a behavioral health counselor in the service delivery setting.

Identify components of an effective treatment plan.

Assess client needs and develop service plans based on those needs.

Determine when a referral to another service agency may be necessary..

5.

Write complete reports of client interactions.
