1. Identify aircraft metals by markings and by physical characteristics. (I)
2. Locate aircraft structural components using the appropriate Structural Repair Manual (SRM). (II)

4. Identify special fasteners and explain their typical application. (IV)
5. Layout, form, and prepare simple repairs using the SRM and standard practices. (V, VI)
6. Describe the various types of sealants and adhesives used in structural repairs. (VII)
7. Demonstrate techniques for the removal and control of corrosion. (VIII)
8. Install, inspect, balance, and document simple sheet metal repairs. (IX)
