Automated Ticketing and Check-In
Introduction to automated ticketing and check-in options and procedures including entries, fares, opening a flight, assigning seats or changing seat assignments on the computer, processing standbys, and closing the flight. Prerequisites: AIR111.

2. Write and perform basic ticket entries including fares. (I)
3. Describe all ticketing options. (I)

6. List the codes for special seating situations. (II)
7. Display seat maps for all aircraft types on the computer. (II)
8. Produce and change simple seat assignents using computer entries. (II)
9. Perform check-in entries for both revenue and non-revenue passengers. (II)
10. Produce seat assignments for complex situations. (III)
11. Using the computer and the 'list' function, produce various displays. (III)
12. Demonstrate the procedure to process standby passengers. (III)
