A comprehensive background in the areas of vehicle traffic law, with emphasis on enforcement procedures including the elements of the Arizona vehicle laws, major issues concerning traffic laws, traffic enforcement techniques, procedures for prosecuting, basic defenses used relating to traffic violations and an in-depth study of court decisions pertaining to traffic laws.
