Basic Sheet Metal Trade Math
Mathematical processes for the sheet metal trade. Problems involving use of protractors, vernier calipers, and micrometers for determining tolerances, seam allowances, blank sizes, and stretchouts. Interpretation of mathematical symbols.
Prerequisites: (Registered apprentice status and satisfactory test score on math portion of ASSET test) or permission of the apprenticeship coordinator.
