Scientific Diving
Theory and practice of underwater research using snorkel and self-contained underwater breathing apparatus (SCUBA). Advanced diving skills, data acquisition and processing, and planning an underwater study.
Prerequisites: PED102SU or equivalent (any certification card from a nationally recognized agency.) BIO145 or BIO181 recommended, but not required.
